November 15, 2006 - DOUBLE DIAMOND DESIGN (DDD) has relocated to a downtown Nashville office building located at 501 Union Street, Suite 201. Most recently, DDD had been operating from temporary offices in Brentwood after having been forced to leave its previous location on Church Street when a developer purchased the property to build residential lofts.

DDD's new location was purchased by company president and owner, Angela Evans. "I learned the hard way that even a lease does not guarantee your rights as a lessor," said Evans. "If someone purchases the property where you lease, it probably means your lease will be affected. So, this time around, I will be in control of our destiny."

DDD's new location is on the second floor of a six-story building predominantly occupied by attorneys and government businesses. The space is twice the size of DDD's previous downtown offices.

"DDD and its associates are happy with the move," said Evans. "We are a progressive company and we support urban development. We bank, shop, eat, and socialize downtown. DDD's vibrant attitude reflects the spirited scene of downtown Nashville. We hope to be here a long time."
